Well…here I am again in an all too familiar place. Currently sitting at 1-2, my star player is injured and I’m trading key pieces of my team to try and salvage a wildly unsuccessful fantasy draft (IMO). It’s been quite frustrating thus far to say the least. Leveon Bell managed to stay healthy for 1 half before his crack head googly eyed coach allowed him to go back into the game knowing he was already injured and landed him on IR. John Harbaugh seems to have forgot that just one season ago Mark Ingram rushed for over 1,000 yards and had 15 touchdowns, instead giving his 3 headed not-so-monster each a handful of touches a game with very little success. Being without the backbone of my team for the next 2-5 weeks I’m doing my best to keep my head above water waiting for CMC’s return. With a couple of trades in the books and the acquisitions of Amari Cooper + Mike Evans my team has a lot of firepower just waiting to go off. After turning down a handful of pretty decent trade offers last week in which I would send CMC packing, I believe my BOOM/BUST team is set up to make a mid to late season run for the playoffs.
3 weeks in and we currently have 2 undefeated teams, the archrivals of the Letters division, Doug and Willy. These 2 teams have earned their 3-0 records in polar opposite ways. The Snake’s team has been a point-scoring powerhouse putting up 100+ in each week, currently holds the highest team total for a week with an impressive 146 points and is currently sitting as the leagues second highest scoring team. Doug’s team has gotten a tad lucky thus far gaining 3 wins with the leagues least points scored against by a staggering 46 points and a win in week 1 with a total of 81 points, which is the lowest team total for a win thus far.
The Brothers Vaiden both have VERY strong rosters as AAAARon currently sits as the leagues leading scorer and Sir Jake Vaiden currently in 3rd for points scored. Jake’s team has run into a couple juggernauts losing to “The Snake” in week 1 (146-111), and again in week 2 to big bro (142-112). His team has also put up 100+ in all 3 weeks but unfortunately has the leagues most points scored against with a total of 401 (38 points more than the next team). This week I see both the Vaiden Bro’s evening out their record to 2-2 as Aaron loses a close one to 2 time defending champ Terrance due to a couple question marks in injured Davante Adams + Chris Carson and The Fantasy Football Team will score 100+ for the 4th game in a row to defeat The Hogmollies sending Chase to 0-4 putting him on suicide watch.
(800)-273-8255 Chase we are all here to help and always here to talk if you are feeling down.
All right…I’ve put far too much time and effort into this and quite frankly paying $5 to the pot doesn’t sound all that bad now as I’m writing this at 1:45 in the morning.
-Sean’s team is good and Erik’s team hasn’t quite found its identity yet. Sean takes down the Turd Burglars to go to 3-1
-I like Jarrett’s matchups this week so because of that I see an early season upset over “The Snake” as Willy falls to 3-1.
-Terrance…fuck that guy he wins too much and he’s too good looking. Terrance takes down the Elder Vaiden in a close one and remains relevant for now in the Numbers Division. #downwithterrance
That’s all folks! Good Luck in week 4
